DOGS

Nirit began to create the DOGS series in 2011 in aim to focus on one subject and one material. She understood that there are more than a few people that do not understand her as a contemporary artist because her creations spread over many different materials and subjects. She decided she wants to be better understood and make her art more accessible. The result - a series of dogs made, mostly, out of bicycle chains, and combines contemporary art and different complex techniques that evolve along the process. The dogs' expression is almost human, and the sculptures are full and joy and humor.
